One star is too generous for this company. It is completely plausible that some innocent homeowners might pay this company, not knowing that they are NOT a legitimate company and not associated with any legal liens or encumbrances. They seem to prey on unsophisticated people in foreclosure. This is a scam to try and fleece homeowners in financial trouble out of money. The home is now fully paid for in cash, and all mortgages and encumbrances were paid off, but this company is claiming that we were going to be "seized anyway." We know this isn't true because the latest Land Title O&E report shows we are the owner and there are no outstanding liens and encumbrances.
They would not say what supposed mortgage company contacted them or why they were attempting to seize our home. After several days of unsuccessfully trying to call them, we finally got through to them, however, they refused to help.
